Attaching files becomes easier in Gmail

It seems like Google has given special attention to Gmail this year. We’ve many new options returning the wide used emailing platform and also the firm remains not done nevertheless. Now, it has announced one more feature which will build it easier for users to attach files in a mail.

Called ‘Compose Actions’, this new functionality comes as a Gmail add on and saves your precious time to change between totally different tabs and attach a file from a third party cloud storage platform.

Compose Actions build it easy for you to feature attachments, reference records, or brighten up your messages with content from your favorite third-party application right as you draft your message in Gmail, asks Akash Sahney, product manager, Gmail and Chat Platform in a very blog post.

Gmail Compose Actions were initial shown in Google Cloud Next 2018 in July at San Francisco and has now started reaching the plenty. Right of the bat, you may get four cloud storage integrations returning from Box, Dropbox, Atlassian and Egnyte. This brings the total count to five, including Google own Drive integration.
